FOR ONLINE RETAIL PURCHASES THROUGH WWW.CASENCLIP.COM: You may return any defective item for exchange only, forever. Returns will be checked against our online database and all clips and cases sold online are specially marked for our identification purposes.
FOR RETAIL IN-STORE PURCHASES: (Best Buy, Fry's, Good Guy's, Etc.) You may return any item, for exchange only to the store where you purchased it, for defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year.
Due to unknown physical circumstances, we may not warranty items where the belt clip was subject to excessive strain, improper installation, abuse and/or obvious misuse. Batteries and damage from defective batteries are not covered. Our products are not sold or marketed as a loss prevention device. Dropped phones, PDA's, radios, scanners, MP3 players, etc. are NOT covered against dropping, damage related to dropping or total loss.
We cannot offer any direct warranty service for items purchased from retail stores. They have a separate established retail warranty procedure, which typically involves returning the item to the store where you purchased it. We will ONLY offer warranty replacement, or repair, on items purchased at www.casenclip.com. All returns will be checked against our online order database.
Returned Wholesale items must be returned in new retail condition. Credit will not be issued for opened, crushed, or visually damaged items. A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all returned wholesale items.
Customers must pay for shipping to us, we will pay for the return shipping. Please do not ship items to us marked "Postage Due" as they will always be returned.
